The wind power converter is a core component of the wind turbine system and its reliability is affected by the power fluctuations of the wind turbine system. The reliability of the converter system is related to the reliability of the individual components and is largely attributed to its application of the power device insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT).currently, wind power converters are mainly utilizing 1700v igbt module to realize the conversion of variable and unstable wind energy into voltage and frequency stabilized electric energy.
